Work experience
Data Standards Body (DSB): Program Strategy & Research Operations
At the Data Standards Body, I applied human-centered design to shape the Consumer Data Right (CDR) at the intersection of policy, technology, and standards - helping unlock an estimated $315B in economic benefit. I established research operations and scalable processes, developed a context-based behavioral archetype framework, and applied behavior design models to improve clarity of consumer uptake and policy adoption. Through research and industry experiments, I identified core data use cases, uncovered risks, and informed CX standards and guidelines that balanced regulatory compliance with real-world usability - enabling government and industry to align on standards that built consumer trust, improved data portability, and fueled innovation.
Robobai: Design Strategy & Product Management
At Robobai, I built and scaled the company’s global product design and strategy capability from the ground up. I established the design team, product management function, and roadmap, aligning executives around a unified vision and delivering a new SaaS service offering. By embedding structured design practices, I accelerated delivery, improved the customer experience, and reduced future development costs by 90%, while mentoring the team and transforming the culture into one that was outcomes-driven and user-centric.
ResMed: Sleep & Respiratory Care Solutions
At ResMed, I led human-centered design initiatives that reshaped services and experiences across a global ecosystem of 174M+ patients and providers in 120 countries. I aligned stakeholders and product teams to deliver services, tools, and processes that increased patient engagement, reduced friction, and strengthened provider relationships. Spanning the full product lifecycle, my work advanced design maturity by embedding research into decision-making, facilitating design studios, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. This impact was recognized when my team was named a finalist in ResMed’s Global Innovation competition.
