System-Level Design
Australia’s Consumer Data Right (CDR) is a legislated initiative enabling people to securely share their personal data across industries.
I worked on the experience strategy that translated legislation into national, testable consent standards and guidelines, balancing consumer trust, government objectives, and real-world feasibility across banking, energy, and lending.
These standards now underpin adoption by 1M+ consumers and 5B+ API calls, enabling innovation while maintaining trust at scale.
RobobAI:
Product Strategy & Management
RobobAI is a SaaS procurement platform helping large organizations identify and act on modern slavery and other supplier risks.
I built and scaled the company’s global product design and strategy capability from the ground up. I established the design team and product management function, and aligned executives to deliver a 0→1 product.
By embedding structured design practices and aligning stakeholders early, we reduced development costs by 90% and accelerated product delivery.
ResMed:
Service Design & Research
ResMed supports a global ecosystem of 174M+ patients, providers, and clinicians in 120 countries with sleep and respiratory care solutions.
I led human-centered design initiatives that reshaped services and created new mobile products. I aligned stakeholders and product teams to deliver services, tools, and processes that increased patient engagement, reduced friction, and strengthened provider relationships.
Spanning the full product lifecycle, my work advanced design maturity by embedding research into decision-making, facilitating design studios, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
